When I am stressed, I have anxiety, constant fatigue, no energy, loss of appetite, excessive smoking, a short temper, prone to tears or outbursts, and excessive spending.

When I'm really stressed I usually feel like there are 100 other things wrong with me. My chest hurts, it's hard to breathe, my shoulders and neck hurt. I also wake up sometimes when I've just fallen asleep to my heart pounding so hard I feel like I'm having a heart attack. I'm always suprised at what a big physical toll stress can take on your body. It's scary. Exercise is the only thing that really makes me feel better. I don't think I have the energy, but I push myself and find that I feel so much better after.

When I am stressed, I experience overwhelming fatigue. I get lightheaded and feel like someone literally tied my stomach in a knot. I also have anxiety as well.

I suffer from irregular heartbeat, but not often. The doctors can't ever seem to catch it in action and therefore nothing has ever been done about it. Recently, I have been under a lot of stress and I have been suffering from flutters that are lasting hours at a time. When they are not full blown, I can still feel my heart beating really heard and my nerves feel jumpy all the time. I'm shaking and can't keep still and have a constant sinking feeling in my stomach. I am thinking that the stress is causing this. I'm getting worried. It even happens in my sleep.

When I get stressed, my legs and arms become very tired. I get a very nervous feeling in my stomach and I feel very shaky in the arms. I also feel that I have very little energy when this happens.
