I have been having lower back pains for the past few days and short of breath sometimes, but I also have been constipated in the same time period, with hemorrhoids, there are sharp pains on the outside of my anal area. It feels like I was trying to push out broken glass at some point and around a teaspoon or more sometimes of blood with some blood clots. I have heard from my doctor in the past that I am anemic and required me to take iron. I'm pretty sure the loss of blood has been making me tired and dizzy while standing too long or standing too fast.

I have no health insurance. Quite frequently, my stool is bloody. When I have rectal bleeding, I've often carried something heavy that has put pressure on my lower back. Then, a couple of days later, I have the rectal bleeding. However, sometimes I have blood in my stool for no apparent reason. All of a sudden, the stool is covered with blood. Sometimes, I feel like having a bowel movement, just sit on the toilet, and nothing is excreted. But when I wipe, there is blood. Sometimes I have dots of blood, probably due to excessive bowel movements or too much toilet paper-wiping sessions. It's more like blots or smudges. I don't know what to do. I've also had Bell's palsy. Could it be related?

I had food poisoning in Europe, and ever since then, I've had indigestion every time I eat. This evening, I have had diarrhea all night and there has been a lot of blood in it.

I have been hospitalized three times in one year, each time receiving blood transfusions due to blood loss. None of my doctors have been able to pinpoint a cause and I'm worried.
