The right side of my right leg below the knee is numb, then it pinches inside sometimes or hurts in a certain spot. Sometimes it hurts just below the knee or pinches.

I have had a pinched nerve in my neck for more than a month and have been going to physical therapy for about two weeks. Neck traction seems to help a little, but it's got a long way to go. What I learned today while walking on my treadmill was somewhat of a revelation; hopefully it could help others have less pain. If I looked straight ahead (OK, I was watching TV), I had the tingles in my left arm (and by putting my left arm over my right shoulder it has always lessened the pain). However, when I was looking down reading a book, my tingles disappeared! I learned it was how the position of my neck was that could turn it on or off at will! I guess it's better to read than to watch TV.

My husband had surgery for a pinched nerve in the elbow. More than six months later, there has been no improvement. Now the surgeon wants to do more surgery on his neck.

Diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Ortho wanted to fuse. Neurosurgeon wanted to remove back of vertebrae. Sounded scary. Neurosurgeon was right. Down time only 3 weeks from surgery to drive again. No painful movement. Procedure is called cervical laminectomy. It's okay to get second opinions!

Mild swelling, constant shooting pain from hand to shoulder, mild bruising in the wrist area and non of the conventional pain meds seem too work (aspirin, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and etc.).

I have a growth on my collar bone it swells up at different times and I have headaches and my jugular vein on the left side hurts. For the past two years and two doctors I have problems with discs C3, 4,5,6,7. I have severe pain on my left side to include my shoulder, arm, shoulder blade, sciatica and now numbness from shoulder to fingers on left side. Doctors tried physical therapy. It did not help. They want to send me to pain management and shots. Has anyone had this? I have gone back to my chiropractor to see if I can get relief. I found that my eye doctor's wife is just starting to get the same lump on her collar bone also, but she does not have the pain yet. Other wise no one can figure out what is going on with me.

I have problems with Sciatica at times. I have found that sitting on an ice pack for about 45 minutes to and hour and taking some ibuprofen (anti inflammatory) literally takes all the pain away. Nothing else seemed to help, including prescriptions. Just ice and Motrin did the trick for me. Stretches help give more instant relief, but the ice and ibuprofen takes the pain away completely.

I have a bone in my neck that is pinching a nerve that radiates down into my wrist. It's a very sharp pain. My arm and shoulder go numb. I have a stiff neck. I don't get very much sleep. I have been going to a Chiropractor since beginning of April. It doesn't seem to be helping. I am looking into getting a pain block.

I have arthritis in my jaw. Two years ago they said bells palsy then they retracted that then they say just arthritis. For more than a year now my tongue feels like I've had freezing at the dentist from morning to night! My right side of my face is affected. A neurosurgeon is finally doing more extensive tests but only at my insistence. He doesn't think its nerve damage. Now for over a month I get swelling and burning in my veins in both arms. Relief is far but I have hope!
