After one month on a ketogenic diet, my keratosis pilaris (KP) is gone. I wasn"t expecting this effect, but I"ll take it.

Use lotus licorice soap daily. It is really a very effective soap, my keratosis pilaris (KP) problem is gone; trust me my friends!

I had a really bad flare up this week, the stinging is driving me mad. I went to my doctor but I knew what he would say, it's not serious, don't scratch. I could cry; when will my doctor understand what this is like!

It is so irritating to feel the bumps on my arms. I don't even want my husband to rub them. It is impossible to put lotion on all day. I wish there was something that works.
