Patient Comments: Enlarged Spleen (Splenomegaly) - Treatment

What was the treatment for your enlarged spleen?

Comment from: TracyLee, 35-44 Female (Patient) Published: April 17

I went to see an acupuncturist for my spleen issues. The treatment includes eating congee (basically mushy rice), root vegetables, and warm/hot foods. Stay away from all damp, cold foods like dairy or other cold foods. Meat is good when eaten with garlic or onions (other roots.) Just google how to nourish the spleen.
